Everything you need to know about digital downloads, printing, and ordering from Sarah Wild Designs.
You'll receive high-resolution digital files (typically PNG or PDF at 300dpi) delivered instantly to your Etsy account. No physical product is shipped — you download the files and print them yourself, or take them to a local print shop.
Most listings include multiple size options in the one purchase — common sizes included are A4, A3, 5×7", 8×10", and 11×14". Check the individual listing for what's included.
After your payment is confirmed, go to your Etsy account → Purchases and Reviews. Click the download button next to the order. Your files will download as a ZIP or directly as individual files.
You'll also receive an email from Etsy with a download link. If you have any trouble, message me on Etsy and I'll sort it out quickly.
Due to the instant nature of digital downloads, I'm unable to offer refunds once the files have been accessed or downloaded — this is standard practice for digital goods and is consistent with Australian Consumer Law.
However, if you have a technical issue (corrupted file, can't open it, wrong file delivered), please contact me immediately and I'll fix it. Your satisfaction genuinely matters to me.
Most digital downloads are provided as high-resolution PNG files at 300dpi, which is the standard for print-quality artwork. Some listings also include PDF format. The specific formats are listed in each product description.
PNG files work with virtually all printers, print shops, and print services (Officeworks, Snapfish, Harvey Norman Photos, etc.).
Great options in Australia include:
For best results, ask for printing on matte photo paper or fine art paper at your local print shop.
Most of my files are designed to work at any size — just scale them to fit your frame. Common frame sizes available at Kmart, IKEA, and Officeworks in Australia:
Tip: IKEA RIBBA frames are a perfect match for standard sizes and come in various colours to suit any décor.
Yes, this is completely normal. Screen colours (RGB) and printed colours (CMYK) work differently, and your monitor's brightness and calibration also affects what you see on screen.
For the most accurate colours, ask your print shop to print a test copy first, or choose a print shop that offers colour-calibrated printing. The files are designed to look their best when printed on quality photo or fine art paper.
Physical products (t-shirts, mugs, tote bags) are made-to-order and printed fresh for each order:
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Because all physical products are made-to-order specifically for you, I'm unable to accept returns for change of mind. However:
I work with print partners who produce items as close to you as possible to reduce shipping time and carbon footprint. For Australian orders, products are typically printed and shipped from within Australia through our print partners The Print Bar and Prima Printing.
Standard purchases are for personal use only. You cannot sell prints of my designs, use them on products you sell, or distribute them without a commercial licence.
If you'd like to use my designs commercially, please contact me to discuss licensing options — I'm open to it and happy to chat.
Yes! I love seeing how you display and use my prints. Please tag @sarahwilddesigns on Instagram or Pinterest — it genuinely helps a small business grow and I'll often reshare your posts.
Please don't claim the artwork as your own or use it in a way that could mislead others about its origin.
I'm always happy to help. Send me a message on Etsy or by email and I'll get back to you within 1–2 business days.
