• Website analytics: Our website may collect anonymous usage data (such as page views) through standard web analytics. No personally identifiable information is collected through our website.

Sarah Wild Designs uses the Etsy API to manage our Etsy shop programmatically. Specifically, we use the Etsy API to:

This API access is used solely for the internal operation of our own Etsy shop. We do not use the Etsy API to access the data of any other Etsy users or shops. We do not sell, share, or transmit any Etsy customer data to third parties.

Order and customer data received via Etsy is stored securely in Google Workspace (Google Sheets and Google Drive), which we use for internal business record-keeping. Access is restricted to the business owner only.

We retain order records for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with Australian tax record-keeping requirements. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe.
