2. Digital Downloads

All digital products sold by Sarah Wild Designs are delivered as instant downloads via your Etsy account or the purchase confirmation email. Please note:

• Digital files are delivered immediately after payment is confirmed.
• Files are for personal use only unless otherwise stated. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the files.
• You may print as many personal copies as you wish for home or gifting use.
• Commercial use (selling prints, using in products for resale) requires a separate commercial licence — contact us to discuss.
• Due to the digital nature of the products, we do not offer refunds on digital downloads once the files have been accessed or downloaded, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law for digital goods.
• If you experience a technical issue accessing your files, contact us immediately and we will resolve it.

3. Print-on-Demand Products

Physical products (apparel, mugs, tote bags, etc.) are produced and fulfilled by third-party print partners (Printify, Redbubble). For these orders:

• Production times are typically 3–7 business days before shipping.
• Shipping times vary by destination and carrier — estimated times are shown at checkout.
• Colours may vary slightly from screen to printed product due to monitor calibration and print processes.
• Returns and exchanges for print-on-demand products are handled by the relevant platform (Etsy/Printify/Redbubble) under their respective policies.
• Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no charge — contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos.

4. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, illustrations, photographs, and content on this website and in our products are the original work of Sarah Wild Designs and are protected by Australian and international copyright law.

• You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or use our designs without prior written permission.
• Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use that product for personal purposes only.
• Screen captures, social media shares, and reviews that include our work are permitted provided they credit Sarah Wild Designs.

5. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. GST is included in all prices where applicable under Australian tax law. International customers may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by their local customs authority — these are the buyer's responsibility.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Etsy Payments, Redbubble, or other platform payment systems. Sarah Wild Designs does not store or have access to your payment card details. All payment processing is subject to the terms of the relevant platform.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sarah Wild Designs' liability for any claim arising from the use of our products or website is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

9. Website Use

This website is provided for informational and commercial purposes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the site.
